For Canada, America and Australia, the Monetary units are in Dollar Bills.
My ASL Dictionary has two twins in Dollar Suits from opposite sides on the 49th parallel to show the Canadian and American variants of the ASL hand signs for DOLLAR.

Canada
The Fingertips of the flat C hand slide down the tips of the opposite flat hand, the C hand sign for the 100 cents in a Dollar.
OR
America
The Bent Hand slides across the index finger of the opposite flat hand, like pulling a bill from a wallet.

The Dollar Suit and Tie on the Canadian Twin was also a fun way to preserve the Canadian Dollar Bills $1 and $2, both out of circulation since 1989 and 1996, to be replaced by the Loonie and Toonie coins.
