The second most popular insect next to the Butterfly is the Honey Bee. Bees were imported from Europe to North America for their honey and wax production. Page 28 in My ASL Dictionary has their hand sign.

Fingerspell BEE or have the thumb and index finger of the F hand touch the cheek and then sweep away into an open hand, like being stung on the cheek and swatting the bee away.
