My ASL Dictionary has a cartoon of the city’s founder, John Galt, in a jacket painted with the design of the city’s flag, illustrating the ASL hand sign for the City of GUELPH.
The G hand touches the chin then arcs down to the chest, under the shoulder, and over the heart.
