With My ASL Dictionary published, I continued illustrating ASL hand signs for my studies. A cartoon of King Midas, the Phrygia Monarch, who wished that anything he touched turn to Gold, shows the ASL hand sign for EXPENSIVE, COSTLY, and HIGH-PRICED.
The back of the Flat O hand is placed on the opposite palm, then lifts upward to arc down into a contracted 5 hand, like throwing away money.
