Another Easter tradition is the Easter Basket, the Paschal punnet filled with blessings, toys, and collected Easter Eggs. My ASL Dictionary has three hand signs for this holiday. A cartoon of a Christian Bishop in his Clergy robes shows one of the ASL hand signs for EASTER. The E hand gently waves in an arc from one side to the other, like the handle of an Easter basket.
