2023 is the 60th anniversary of the BBC program Doctor Who. Even my ASL Dictionary pays tribute to this show’s history with cartoons of all 13 Incarnations of the Doctor. Comedy actor Sylvester McCoy stepped up to play the Seventh Doctor, bringing his clown-like humour and charming Scottish accent to the role. With a Panama Hat, Vest of Question marks and an Umbrella with the Question mark handle, the 7th Doctor shows the ASL hand sign for SOLUTION. Flat O hands slanted in front of the body drawn apart, rubbing the thumbs against the fingertips to become A hands.
