IN THE DOOR

Today was an incredible day! The Guelph Library is interested in adding My ASL Dictionary to their ebook Collection!
I’m so happy!! As I went to Guelph Library’s Westminister Branch today to drop off my brochures, the weather was awful, but the timing was perfect. Stacey, the Window Designer, was setting up a display inside the door for the Library’s National AccessAbility Week on May 28-June 3. Stacey told me my sign language dictionary, created by a Canadian and Guelph native, would be a perfect fit for the week. I took a picture of her posing by the display, pointing to my book’s cover. Her branch has already put in an order for my book! I’m so excited about working with the Library. Hopefully, their vendors will pick up the book soon. It might have rained all day, but now I see the rainbow!
I also left a brochure with the bus driver (who wants to post it in the Mobility office), my kinesiologist at the Guelph Family Health Team, and emailed a png of the brochure to Guelph Library’s Main Office.
