Instead of using Count Dracula for his Vampire hand sign, I saved him to represent the ASL hand sign for this iconic Halloween creature (which he can also turn into).
My ASL Dictionary has a cartoon of Dracula showing the ASL hand sign for BAT. Arms crossed over the chest, index fingers flick in and out twice, like how bats sleep, wings folded over their chest as they hang upside down by their claws.
