Pepsi as a brand name is also fingerspelled but like its Coke competitor, it too has a hand sign. The check mark across the temple also bears a small resemblance to one of the hand signs for Italy. Proof again why fingerspelling remains a great tool to fall back on when you’re unsure of a sign. I lost a mark on an ASL test because I thought the answer was “visiting a Pepsi restaurant”.
